Click on the list your business for sale for FREE rectangular box. Fill out all required information including username and password. Once your profile is complete you can click on the “log in” or “Submit” button (depending on whether you are a new or returning customer and start to post your business for sale listing.
Currently, National Business Match allows businesses for sale to be for free for a limited time period. There are several kinds of clients that will list their businesses with NBM. A single business owner or proprietor, a franchise owner, a business broker looking to sell multiple businesses real estate brokers and real estate brokerage houses. National Business Match charges NO commissions if you sell your business unless one of our experienced brokers or intermediaries assisted you and was under separate contract to do so.
The industry standard is 6-8 months to sell a small business. We have seen some businesses sell in the 2 months and some can take a year or more.
Yes. You are not required to disclose the name of your business, the location, your name or any other confidential information. Interested buyers will contact you through an online form directly. You will only receive communications from interested buyers. Your company name is never displayed anywhere on the web site unless you choose to disclose it.
The following information is required to list your business for sale: Title of Ad, Business Summary Price and down payment, terms, inventory, vehicle and other assets. If you don’t place the information you will limit the amount of leads from interested buyers.
Yes! You can login to your account as often as you would like to make changes to your business for sale listing any time you like.
Once you have submitted your business for sale listing it will be displayed in our search results immediately.
Interested buyers will send messages through our system and they will be sent directly to the email address you have on file with us. If you decide to disclose a phone number interested buyers may call you as well.
Yes. We have an advanced stats system that allows you to login at any time and view your stats. You can view:
1.) How many people clicked on your ad and viewed it.
2.) How many people clicked through for more information, which would represent the generated email inquiries you received.
